In the past individuals only had the option of joining a regular gym and were pretty much left to their own. With expensive gym memberships they never or hardly use and not knowing what exercises to do, you had unhappy individuals not reaching their personal goals. Lack of knowledge have been one of the main factors in unhealthy choices.

Over the past couple years there have been an overall shift on how people view fitness and health. A lot more people have become open to Personal Training and realizing good nutrition from bad nutrition. Although still lacking motivation and knowledge of what type of cardiovascular exercises to do, each person has a different need and expectation to what they want to achieve when doing cardio and/ or physical activity. Trampoline Fitness not only helps you to get fit, tone your body and assist with weight loss- it’s also one of the most effective ways to boost your Lymphatic System, detoxify your body and
boost your immune system.

Here at Trampo Vibe I want to make sure we are synonymous with HEALTH and FUN. Trampo Vibe instructors take care of clients mental needs just as
