Terms and Conditions

1. Risk Acknowledgment:
1.1. I acknowledge that I am participating in activities that may pose risks to my
health and safety.
2. Member Cancellation:
2.1. This membership may be cancelled by providing written notice to TRAMPO
VIBE. If the membership contract is cancelled prior to expiry of this agreement,
I agree to pay the required cancellation fee of no more than half of the
outstanding subscription amount, calculated from the outstanding subscription
duration period until the date of expiry. In the event of membership expiry (with
no written notification of membership cancellation), the membership will start a
new cycle of the currently chosen membership plan.
3. Membership Details:
3.1. The member is referred to the membership package descriptions which is
annexed to this agreement as “A”.
4. Liability Waiver:
4.1. 4.2. I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless TRAMPO VIBE, its agents,
employees, and contractors from any and all claims, demands, or causes of
action arising from my participation, without limitation.
I acknowledge that sessions at TRAMPO VIBE are non-refundable.
5. Health Declaration:
5.1. I declare that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would
prevent my full participation in gym activities.
6. Equipment & Facilities:
6.1. 6.2. 6.3. 6.4. I agree to dress in a manner that is deemed appropriate whilst utilising
TRAMPO VIBE’s facilities;
I agree to use the gym equipment and facilities with care and to immediately
report any damage or breakage.
I acknowledge that by signing this agreement, I take full responsibility for any
damage arising out of my use and participation at TRAMPO VIBE and will be
held liable for the full amount of R4 000.00 (Four Thousand Rand) if any
damages occur to TRAMPO VIBE’s equipment during this agreement.
I agree to not photograph or videotape whilst using the gym’s facilities and
equipment.

6.5. 6.6. I acknowledge that TRAMPO VIBE is entitled to exercise its right to revoke my
access should I be in violation of any of the aforementioned terms.
All members under the age of 16 are required to have an adult/parent/guardian
sign this agreement on their behalf.
7. BINDING LAW:
7.1. 7.2. 7.3. I acknowledge that his agreement shall be considered to be binding upon the
parties and shall be upheld and enforced in accordance with the laws of South
Africa.
Any legal proceedings arising out of this agreement shall take place through
arbitration.
No addition to or variation, deletion, or agreed cancellation of any or all clauses
or terms of this Agreement will be of any force or effect unless reduced to
writing, signed by the parties and annexed hereto.
